The course is 6 sessions, is FREE for HHUC members and costs $60 for non-club members (public).
The sessions are all Saturdays from 8-9pm at the Hart House Pool:
UofT students can try one session for FREE before registering. RSVP required

1-2 Guest instructors per week – accomplished Canadian underwater hockey players
The first half of each session will introducing beginners and intermediate players to new skills, underwater fitness exercises and team building exercises.
A beginner who participates in all 6 sessions will learn to:
- Be comfortable with the gear (snorkel, stick, fins, puck)
- Get into the “ready” position called the Cobra position
- Swim forward with the puck
- Basics of a Flick Pass
- Basics of the 2-3-1 team positioning system
- Common rules and fouls
In the second half of each session participants will play UWH game(s) designed to be engaging for players of all skill levels.
