Join us for a family-friendly adventure this summer at the Hart House Farm! Search “land and sea” (put those snorkelling skills to good use!) to find clues that will lead to a prize hidden somewhere at the Farm! Stay on for a potluck dinner, campfire and optional overnight stay in the Farm House, or bring a tent! Registration deadline is June 23.
A family-friendly event for HHUC members and guests. Work in teams to find clues and riddles scattered underwater and on land, all leading to treasure hidden at the Farm. Pot-luck dinner, prizes, Finnish sauna, camp fire, and fun times await you! Participants may stay overnight in the farm house or camp on the property.
This event will take place in the afternoon of July 8th (make it a full day of HHUC by going to the Barrie shore dive in the morning) at the Hart House Farm, situated in Caledon near Hwy 10 and Olde Baseline Road.
Stay tuned for sign-up instructions next month. For any further questions, please email ac.cuhhnull@ofni
We invite you to listen to one of our very own members, Aaron Persad – commercial space astronaut, researcher, and scientist – as he talks about his astronaut training experiences, and how you could prepare yourself to become a candidate by pursing underwater fitness challenges. An open discussion will follow afterwards for interested members of the audience on what could be done to try some of these challenges during our regular pool time slots run by the Club. See this flyer for more details.
